
Guys, I really wanna do this diet!
I’d love to start immediately and follow it to a T, down to the 50th day.
But I’ve got a serious problem: how am I gonna do that in front of my family?
They won’t accept it and I cannot bring myself to fast or eat so little in front of them!
I know I can burn the calories by exercising, but what about the fasting days? What can I do?
Please, please, please…
Can you help me? Is there someone that shares this kind of situation???
